What we do
Acquire
We buy real estate assets from public auctions, court-ordered sales and Tax Authority sales, and acquire shares in companies that own property.
Refurbish
We plan and manage the refurbishment of each asset, working with independent contractors and subcontractors.
Sell
We sell completed properties to real estate companies and estate agencies.
Two ways to acquire.
Direct asset purchases
We bid for and buy properties directly in public auctions and negotiated sales run by the Portuguese Tax Authority and the courts.
Acquisition of shares
Where a property sits inside a company, we typically acquire the shares or quotas of that company. As a UK company, this is often the most efficient route for us to acquire assets held by Iberian companies.

What we buy
Six asset classes, one disciplined approach.
From rural estates to shares in property-owning companies, every asset is assessed against the same legal, technical and commercial criteria.

Rural estates
Quintas, montes and farmland with buildings.

Houses and villas
Detached and semi-detached homes in need of refurbishment.

Residential buildings
Whole buildings and multi-unit properties.

Historic properties
Manor houses and period buildings with restoration potential.

Commercial and industrial
Shops, warehouses and small industrial units.

Company shares
Shares or quotas in companies whose main assets are real estate.
Where assets come from
Public, regulated sale channels.
Most of the assets we pursue are sold through formal procedures with published rules, deadlines and documentation.
Tax Authority sales
Properties seized for tax debts and sold by the Portuguese Tax Authority (Autoridade Tributária) and, in Spain, through the public auction portal.
Court and enforcement sales
Assets sold within enforcement proceedings, conducted by enforcement agents under court supervision, often through e-leiloes.pt in Portugal.
Insolvency sales
Assets of insolvent estates sold by insolvency administrators, including whole companies or the shares of property-owning companies.
Private treaty and off-market
Negotiated sales with owners, partners, creditors and their advisers, where a discreet and prepared buyer is valued.

Portugal and Spain.
Our focus is the Iberian Peninsula: rural estates, houses, buildings and land, from the Alentejo to the cities.
What types of property do you buy?
Rural estates and farms, houses and villas, apartments and residential buildings, land and building plots, commercial and industrial premises, and shares or quotas in companies whose main assets are real estate — in Portugal and Spain.
Do you buy shares in companies?
Yes. Where a property is held by a company, we typically acquire the shares or quotas of that company, subject to full legal, financial and tax due diligence.
Do you buy properties in poor condition or with legal issues?
Yes, provided the issues can be identified and quantified. We normally do not pursue assets with unresolved title disputes we cannot price, or with unquantifiable environmental or structural liabilities.
What do you need to evaluate an opportunity?
The property or company identification (registry certificate and tax record, or company certificate), the auction or process reference and dates, information on encumbrances, recent photographs and any technical reports, and your contact details.
Have an asset or a company to sell?
